But more is always needed. The Association has recently completed two major projects in the refurbishment of Black Prince and the creation of the heritage centre at New Romney. In addition to such major projects, we have a rolling programme of projects aimed at both creating an interesting and exciting experience for visitors to the railway and maintaining a unique fleet of steam and diesel engines.
